Plunging neckline/braless trend have become a recent trend among stars including Gwyneth Paltrow, Miranda Kerr, Rihanna & Kim Kardashian. Plunging neckline items come in form of tops/blouses, tuxedo blazers and dresses.

Tips on how to wear plunging neckline trend:

  • Don’t expose too much of your cleavage
  • Know your body type/shape – small breasts/bust plunging necklines are for your but if you’ve big breasts we recommend you wear a bra (see below on what type of bras you should wear with plunging neckline)
  • Go for deep V neckline pieces with built in bras/cups
  • Tone them down with sheer pieces or coordinating tops/bralets.
  • Accessorise appropriately i.e. with scarves or necklaces
  • Wear plunging necklines with adequate support underneath them.
  • Wear plunging necklines with confidence by walking talk.
  • Whatever you do don’t wear low necklines on your first date.

Apparently not wearing a bra is good for your breast buts don’t overdo it by not wearing sports bra while exercising as this could damage your breasts. According to a study carried out by the University of Besançon in France they found out that not wearing a bra increases the strength of the breast muscles, which results in them sagging less over time. Professor Rouillon, who led the study, said he believed the 'absence of a bra could keep breasts in shape' and prevent back ache. However he said women should keep hold of their bras as his study only involved a small number of women, and the long-term effects of not wearing a bra are unknown.

However this should not be a reason why you should walk around braless, as we have got a few types of bras that are perfect to wear with plunging neckline dress click here to see them.
