This season is all about simplicity and keeping warm. Sweaters are must have items in your wardrobe as they make the cold weather more bearable. They’re versatile and can be dressed up or down by pairing them with heels or flat shoes.
I wore this ensemble a few weeks ago when it was freezing cold. I paired my mustard yellow cable sweater with faded boyfriend jeans, white t-shirt & colour block heel. The colour block heels were the focus of my outfit, as they add a pop of colour to this look.
There quite a number of different sweaters you can get from the high streets to mix up your autumn-winter wardrobe. They range from classic cable knits to textured sweaters and blanket cardigan.
How to wear sweater trend
Wear an oversized sweater with skinny jeans or leggings & boots for a casual look. Pair a V-neck sweater with a skirt & heels for an office look. Team up a textured sweater with shorts, stockings and over the knee boots for a weekend look. Pair a cropped sweater with a pencil skirt & strappy heels for a night on the town look.
