Distressed denim shorts
Distressed denim shorts are once again in style this season. This trend is all about looking classy, and edgy. Distressed denim shorts are very casual, relaxing and are good for running errands.
I wore this ensemble when I went to town on bank holiday Monday. I paired the ripped/distressed denim short with a t-shirt, sandals, sunglasses and a blazer.
If denim shorts are very short the less distressing they should have unless you want to be walking around naked. Try and avoid wearing distressed denim shorts with rips near the back pockets unless you’re planning to wear them with leggings. If you feel you’re overexposed try wearing your distressed denim shorts with tights for extra coverage.
If you don’t own distressed denim shorts look no further than your own closet and get your old denim jeans and turn them to shorts. Here is a step by step guide on how you could turn your old denim jeans into distressed shorts. Distressed denim shorts can also be paired with other prints such as stripes, floral, and checked prints blouses/tops.
