The main purpose of this launch was to officially launch the video for Faith in Action. It was a lot more than just presenting the video, we were also remembering the ordeal that Gideon Yobo, founder of Precious Seed Mgt Ltd UK went through in 2010 which was seen as a tragic incident but turned into an inspirational testimony.
Gideon Yobo was attacked with a baseball bat as he stopped for cash in Woolton on the way to pick his brother up from Manchester Airport, in July, 2010.
Now he wants to use his experience to inspire young people to steer clear of a life of crime.
Instead of Gideon thinking about himself, the event was also a platform for youths to display their talents to a wider audience. It could have been easy for Gideon to have made the event centred around himself but instead the event was about touching peoples lives through the gospel.
