Culottes/short pants have made a comeback this spring-summer and are set to continue throughout autumn-winter 2015 as spotted in Victoria Beckham & DSquared2 AW15 collections.
Culottes are a perfect excuse of showing off your pins and achieving a tomboy. Culottes tend to suit most body types, shapes and give an illusion of a tiny waist.
Tips on wearing culottes
- Culottes tend to have the same shape as an A-line skirt, so make sure you balance out the look.
- Opt for a midcalf length for tall girls and for shorts girls opt for a pair that fall right below the knee.
- Culottes looks perfect with heels or pointed flat shoes as they tend to elongate your legs.
- Wear long loose/wide fit culottes if you’re tall otherwise stick to slim fit culottes.
- Tuck in your top to define your waist.
