Isabel Matant for H&M has generated a lot of buzz since it was announced in June this year. The highly anticipated collection will hit the stores in hits the stores in November 14 but part of the lookbook photos have already been leaked online, and the designs look more amazing than we expected.
One of the photos showed a model wearing a cropped beaded Moroccan inspired black & white patterned jacket with burgundy leather pants, a white t-shirt and heels. Milla Jovovich is also in the lookbook wearing a tea length dress with slouchy boots & model Alek Wek wearing black leather trousers with a black top, slouchy suede ankle boots & a patterned long cardigan.
In a statement about her collaboration with H&M, Isabel Marant said ‘I am creating something real, that women want to wear in their everyday lives, with a certain carelessness, which I think is very Parisian.’ According to H&M spokesperson, the leaked images were ‘not [part of] authorized release.’ It is not clear how the images were leaked and distributed online.
The men’s collection doesn’t look bad either as the models wore boots, knitwear, white trousers with aztec prints on the side & a black coat
