Madonna and her daughter Lourdes have confirmed that Rita Ora is the new global face of Material Girl brand. Rita who is a singer will star in the brand’s new marketing campaign which will be revealed in July.
A source told The Sun “Lourdes has been a fan of Rita for a while and has been to many of her gigs, and she persuaded her mum to see her”. The source carries on saying that “Rita jumped at the chance because she’s such a fan of the Queen of Pop and she hopes it will help her crack the States in the same way she has the UK.”
Rita follows the footsteps of Georgia May Jagger, Taylor Mosen and Kelly Osbourne who have previously modelled of the range. Material Girl brand was launched in 2010 and only sell in US and Canada but is due to arrive in UK this June.
