We were quite impressed by a few celebrities outfit choices at the Met Gala. From Met Gala we can clearly predict the latest fashion trends which are pastels, pretty in pink, plunging neckline dresses, crop tops, thigh high slits, monochrome trend, silver & gold metallic, embellishments & sequin dresses
Kim Kardashian wore a blue Lanvin bespoke gown with thigh high split and ruched bandeau neckline.She teamed the dress with a black belt and Lanvin cage sandals. Carla Delevingne looked effortlessly chic in Stella McCartney outfit which she accessorised with necklace, clutch bag and earrings. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore a Balmain autumn/winter 2014 dress with leather panneling with golden studs and leopard print. She completed her outfit with gold & black strappy sandals. Georgia May Jagger wore a black halter-neck Thierry Mugler gown that plunged to her belly button and was cut high on her thigh with Sergio Rossi shoes.
Powder Blue
Elizabeth Olsen showed off her pins in a powder blue plunging neckline & backless Miu Miu dress at the Met Gala. She paired the dress with flaming Miu Miu stilettos heels and a clutch bag. Toni Garrn wore a pastel blue prom dress from Topshop with a metallic clutch. Diane Kruger looked stunning in a blue silvery sequined Hugo Boss dress.
White out
Rihanna wore a white Stella McCartney crop top with a floor length skirt. She accessorised her look with white Christian Louboutins, Jacob & Co. and Dionea Orcini jewelry. Victoria Beckham looked elegant in a white maxi dress with overlay and zip back from her own collection. She completed her look with a pair of white Casadei blade heels. Kylie Minogue turned up to the Met Gala in a white Marchesa gown with gold leaf beading around the chest and sides.
The golden girls
Lea Michele wore a plunging neckline & thigh high split dress by Altuzarra while Leighton Meester wore a gold embellished Emilio Pucci gown. Jessica Alba wore a muted gold lace design by Diane Von Furstenberg with a metallic gold clutch.
Burgundy dresses
Selena Gomez wore a burgundy Diane Von Fursternberg gown with a deep V-neckline. She finished off her look with Charlotte Olympia heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewellery. Zoe Kravitz wore a maroon Michael Kors gown with split to the thigh . She accessorised her look with black Nicholas Kirkwood heels, smokey eyes and slick of pink gloss for the event.
Pretty in Pink
Emma Stone wore a bright pink crop top with a side slit maxi skirt by Thakoon. She completed her look with silver metallic strappy heels and a clutch bag. Reese Witherspoon looked pretty in a hot pink Stella McCartney sweetheart neckline gown.
The worse dressed at Met Gala 2014
Rita Ora wore an antiqued matte gold sequined silk tulle gown with an asymmetrical sculpted train & split by Donna Karan Atelier. She completed her look with thigh-high custom Casadei embroidered with antique gold sequins strappy heels. Katie Holmes wore a yellow puffy off the shoulder Marchesa gown. Kristen Stewart wore Chanel gown which featured feathers and a chiffon skirt paired with a heavily sequined long sleeved top to the star-studded event. Not sure what Zoe Saldana was thinking when she wore this horrendous plunging neckline Michael Kors gown.
