Ayesha Curry was thrilled to give the world a first peek of her home which she shares with her husband in the latest issue of Domino magazine. The busy mother of three and entrepreneur took charge and decorated her California Bay area property herself.
Her humble abode features clean lines and monochromatic theme. Talking about her attraction to neutral colours, she said: ‘I think people get afraid of being mundane, but there’s so much texture. ‘You can create something beautiful that calms the spirit’.
Her living room features a curve grey custom made sofa which is designed by Vesta, which sits opposite two wire chairs, a white round table with two white vases with flowers for a Bauhaus-style simplicity. The fireplace features a large long mirror, monochrome wall arts and two console table that features table lamps and a few trinkets.
The kitchen features clean colours and smooth lines making it functional. There’s a giant marble island designed with plenty of use in mind and with bar chairs around it, hanging light fixtures and a sink.
